Twelve months of group coaching for firm owners, proved in the first thirty days. Find the constraint capping your firm, build the AI tools that break it in your own Empwr Studio, and build the firm around them. Cohort one kicks off Monday 11 January 2027.
Growth means hiring. Margin stays flat. The software bill keeps climbing. And the AI everyone talks about is drafting the odd email, not changing your economics.
Every new client needs more hours. The only lever you know is another hire, so margin never really improves and the constraint just moves.
Even when you are ready to hire, the people are not there, or they cost more than the work returns. Growth stalls on recruitment.
Claude or ChatGPT for a draft here, a bit of research there. Useful, but nothing that touches capacity, margin or the way the firm actually runs.
Take the firm constraint diagnostic. Nine quick questions and you will know the one thing to fix first, the internal tool to build for it, and the growth and structure play that fits where you are.
Take the 2-minute diagnostic →AI is one pillar, not the whole building. An owner who builds great software but cannot hire, price or sell still has a stuck firm. So the roadmap runs across three pillars and eighteen courses, and the Focus Finder tells you which to do first.
Everyone starts the same way, in a small cohort. Then you join every firm in the program in the same six-week rhythm: one constraint, one build, one result per cycle.
Underneath both: Empwr Studio, your firm's own build workspace with Claude Code inside it, your own branded app, and the Tools Vault.
Five live Monday calls from Kick-Off to Flight Plan. Every call has a workbook you fill in live, so you leave with the work done, not a to-do list.
Weeks 1 to 5Three Firm Collabs on running the firm and two Build Collabs on your tools and data. Send your question ahead and it goes first, even if you cannot make it.
Five a weekOne theme a month, four builds. You build alongside us live and leave with something working in your own firm.
Every FridayShort lessons across Build, Run and Grow. Every worksheet comes printable, or filled in with you by AI, and the Focus Finder tells you where to start.
Build, Run, GrowYour own build workspace with Claude Code inside it. It learns your firm, builds your own branded app, and installs working tools you tailor rather than build from scratch.
Included while coachingA community of firm owners solving the same problems, the team replying inside 48 business hours, monthly wins, and two in-person Intensives a year. Bring one nominated builder from your team.

End-to-end BAS prep: ATO data, workpapers, PAYG instalments and write-back to Xero.
Structured period review: bank rec, code checks, GST variance and standing rules.
Identity verification, CDD reports and an 11-question risk assessment on new clients.
Automated bookkeeping review that flags issues before they reach a human.
AI notes, summaries and actions from every client meeting, pushed into your practice manager.
AI-drafted client letters and year-end summaries, with review highlights built in.
E-signature packages: cover letter, document, attachments, sent and tracked automatically.
AI client-group org charts built from documents, editable in your firm's branding.
AI structuring and entity advice reports with the right Australian guardrails.

Billings, revenue, workflow, capacity and leadership metrics in one live view.
Potential savings are indicative, based on New Wave's own use across our firm. Your results depend on your firm, your data and how you implement each tool. Tools reach the Tools Vault as they are released, so what is available grows over time.
Over the last year we built AI into the core of New Wave. We stopped renting most of our firm's software, and across New Wave Group we are on track to save $150,000 to $200,000 a year with tools we own outright. Every method in the program is one we run ourselves.
Most people teaching this either have not run a firm, or ran one before AI changed what was possible. We ran the experiment inside a real accounting firm, on real client work, under real compliance obligations. Banked in the same kind of business as yours.

"I built New Wave from the ground up into an eight-figure firm across accounting, law, financial planning, digital marketing and insurance. The same three moves did it every time: find the constraint, fix the economics, build the tool."
Reuben Bergola is the founder of New Wave Group. He grew a single accounting practice into a multi-discipline firm over ten years by treating constraints, capacity and unit economics as the real levers of growth. Over the last year he has led New Wave's move to build AI directly into how the firm runs, and empwr. for firms is that exact system, handed to other firm owners.
One tool does not move your capacity or your software bill. Several do. After Launchpad the year runs in six-week cycles, each with one constraint, one build and one result, and every cycle is planned and reviewed with the whole room.
The one fixed sequence. Five Monday calls from Kick-Off to Flight Plan, and your first tool shipped.
Tool 1 · Day-30 StandardA Friday Game Plan session resets the room. You pick the constraint, plan the build, and the Focus Finder sets your trainings.
Tailored to your constraintFive collab calls and a Friday build-along. Bring the block you hit this week and leave with the next step.
Live, all yearTwo days in person. Roundtables on each firm's biggest constraint, panels, and the year's big planning moment.
Tickets separateMost programs promise a transformation you cannot measure. Here is exactly what "a working tool" means at your Flight Plan call, and how we check it in front of the cohort.
Live on your firm's own site, and someone other than you can sign in and use it. Not a demo on your screen.
Running on your firm's actual data, connected read-only first, and only after your client consent step is done.
It takes a named job in your firm from start to finish. Not a screen. Not a fragment. A job someone needed done, done.
Ugly is fine. Unsafe is not. Access matched to real roles, keys kept server-side, and your data staying in Australia.
A real person, on real work, on a normal Tuesday, and the output was accepted and used. Not a rehearsal.
Hours, dollars or errors given back, recorded against where you started. A number, not a feeling.
Shown live at your Flight Plan call, the Day-30 Showcase, and checked against all six. Six yeses and your first tool counts. It is also the standard we hold ourselves to.
Twelve months from your Kick-Off, with both rooms, every call, the classroom, the community, Empwr Studio and the Tools Vault included. We take you through the investment on a call after you apply.
You commit to twelve months from the outset. If after your first two months it is not giving you value, tell us in writing before your third payment and you are out. Those first two months are not refunded: they are where the work gets done and your first tool goes live.
Cohort one is eight firms, kicking off Monday 11 January 2027, and a new cohort starts every six weeks. Your build accounts (Claude, GitHub, Vercel and Supabase) are in your firm's name, so you own them.
No. Empwr Studio has Claude Code inside it. You describe what you want in plain English, start from working tools in the Tools Vault, and bring anything stuck to a Build Collab call with Ana. If you can write a clear file note, you can do this.
No, and that is the point. The roadmap runs across Build, Run and Grow: your AI stack, but also packages and pricing, delivery, your team, profit, positioning and sales. The tools make the rest of it stick.
Yes, done properly. Everything you build lives in your own accounts, your data stays in Australia, every connection starts read-only, and no client data goes near an AI tool until your client consent step is done. Security is test four of the Day-30 Standard for exactly that reason.
Love it or Leave it. You commit to twelve months, but if after your first two months it is not giving you value, tell us in writing before your third payment and you are out. The Day-30 Standard is written as six specific tests so that conversation is about evidence, not opinion.
In Launchpad, one Monday call a week plus three to four hours of building. After that you choose how many collab calls and build-alongs to join, and each six-week cycle sets one build. Most of the build replaces work you were already doing by hand.
Cohort one is eight firms, and a new cohort starts every six weeks. Small enough that every firm's Game Plan gets worked properly and every Flight Plan gets its moment. The next Kick-Off after January is Monday 22 February 2027.
Thirty days after your Kick-Off you could have your first tool live, your constraint mapped, and a clear line to a firm that scales without simply adding heads. Cohort one starts Monday 11 January.
